The waiting time frame on your order will depend on where you’re located.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the fulfillment of your order.

Our necklaces, bracelets and anklets are assembled at our office.

It is our goal to deliver within the mentioned times,

however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties

and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.

All orders are shipped from our office in Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Upon dispatch of the products from our office, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email

with a tracking link.

If applicable, customs fees, added VAT, and country of destination handling fees are the

receiver's responsibility and may vary from country of destination.

After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands.

We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, or undeliverable addresses.

Please contact us immediately by email if delivery information is entered incorrectly,

we will update your order if it has not yet been shipped.
