How do I contact ANKOH?

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed

to the checkout and our system will let you know.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

We offer real time shipping rates depending on your address.

At the checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated.

  • Free shipping  for Thailand orders

  • Free track and trace shipping will automatically be added
    when you spend ฿2000 or more.

How can I track my order?

You can find your track and trace code and the instructions

in an e-mail after we prepared your order.

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries

or undeliverable addresses.
Please contact us immediately by email if you have entered information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.

When will my order arrive?

Your order is packed and shipped within 1-3  working days
of
your purchase. 

  • Average delivery time for domestic orders (Thailand)
    is 1-5 business days once shipped. 

  • Average delivery time for other International orders
    is
    6-21 business days.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately Earrings can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Other unworn and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package, excluding sales & sale items. The shipping costs are for the customer. Please send us an email with your order number and reasons for returning and we will contact you with further details.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do. We sell virtual gift cards.

  • Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

  • You cannot purchase a gift card with a discount code.

  • Gift card purchases cannot be combined with discount codes.

  • Furtherly gift card credit does not have an expiry so you can use as much as you need when you need it.

How do i take care for my jewelry?

All our products have a base of stainless steel and can be worn in water with no risk of tarnishing. It may slightly speed up the rate that the gold plating fades so if you wish to maintain the color for as long as possible we recommend removing when showering and swimming.


To clean your pieces use a polish cloth or a solution of warm water and detergent-free soap with a soft bristle brush.

When not wearing, keep your jewelry in the ANKOH bags and boxes you receive with every order to keep your jewelry pretty and shiny!
